Cool city. Don't go to Otto's nearby for food.

Liked: Very nice room about 10 minutes from the Capitol Theater, senior citizen pace.
Disliked: Nothing about the hotel.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. We were there for a concert across the street for my granddaughter so there was a lot of kids staying there. They all enjoyed the huge pool.

Liked: Staff was so friendly.

Front desk was always available to answer any questions. Food and rooms were outstanding. We will definitely be staying there in the future.

Liked: Easy accessibility to the venue. Take a side street - it wasn't even .2 miles. Streets easy to manuever.
Disliked: The hotel's restaurant wasn't able to serve breakfast that day.

We came up from CT to ME for my 17year old daughter to go to a concert and they were very helpful on giving me suggestions on how to get around since I was not from the area. They set me up with transportation and directions. Gave suggestions on dining and local shopping. Anything we asked for the staff were very prompt at responding or resolving issues. The pool was beautifully kept and warm. The rooms were kept pretty clean. Great experience at this particular hotel.

Liked: Customer service was extremely helpful.
Disliked: Lots of dust in our room.

It was pretty pricey for not being responsive to noise and food not available. What food we did have (breakfast buffet) was great. Not sure if I will stay here again. It certainly was convenient for trips to the Old Port and the Cross Insurance Center.

Liked: Receptionist very nice on arrival and helpful with directions and map.
Disliked: Could not sleep due to very noisy neighbors. I complained to the night manager, but nothing was done. No sleep from 1:00 AM to 4:30 AM. Also disappointing that both the restaurant and room service was not available until 5:30 PM. We had an early engagement and planned on a quick meal - no luck, though.
