Without any communication whatsoever I...

Liked: I’m a frequent guest here and have always been treated very well.
Disliked: I was hit with an unexpected charge of $500 (which was 5x the nightly rate) for smoking in the room which I dispute.

Not pleseant

Liked: The staff was friendly and did their best with what they had.
Disliked: The Air Conditioner did not work well and our room stayed about 76 degrees and the staff even swapped our rooms and the next room was the same way. The bed was not comfortable at all.

Holiday inn never disappoints, always...

Liked: Breakfast, pool, clean, awesome staff
Disliked: Leaving, would have loved to stay longer.
