Had a hard time finding parking at times.
Liked: Excellent customer service and rooms were great.
Disliked: No free breakfast served at this location.

Liked: did not want to pay $16 each for that breakfast, overpriced, room was not cheap, so the 16 each for breakfast wasn't worth it

Rocky start, but the facility...
Liked: Once I reached the facility, it was fine.
Disliked: The shuttle took over an hour to pick me up at the airport, only a 5 minute drive. I called several times and was told each time that it was on its way.

Dont book here though with...
Liked: I do miss the free breakfast but the breaklfast was good. What added the value to the breakfast was the lady employee with the headecovering. She was super friendly and polite. Room was clean and nice.
Disliked: When I arrived the gentleman who checked me in, Harzel or somehting, gave me a room with 2 queen beds when I reserved a king room. I had to grab ny things and go back downstairs and tell him. He then stated that they were pretty full and that I used a 3rd party to reserve my room. So I told him then why was I allowed to reserve. He then stated that hell look. Looks like he was just being lazy because he looked for 3 minutes in his computer and found one. Which was 3 doors over from my original room. He also put someone on hold as they inquired aboput a lost item and he didnt want to handle the call so the manager did. Maybe his shift was ending but probably wont book here again for that debacle checking in.
