Disliked: Room door was visibly broken including security measures on door to keep people out.You could tell that during one of the previous stays someone had forced there way into the room and the damage was never repaired.Paying to park at a hotel your staying at clearly they own the property this just feels like another way to charge a hidden fee.They lure you in with with a cheaper price then hit you with a parking fee to make it up.

Liked: Close to the sporting complex, which was the reason we were traveling to Philly. Elder house which is now an IHG but the rooms are spacious and clean. Ver nice service. Breakfast is from a menu and very good quality.

Liked: Went for a concert and the location was perfect. Very close to nearby shopping plazas and concert venue.
Disliked: The room was definitely NOT cleaned. There was urine around the toilet and a very bad smell in the room.

Disappointing

Disliked: Breakfast was not of a good standard. They ran out of beverages and very little choice of food. Has basic plastic cutlery. Not what we would expect for the price. Did not eat breakfast there for the following 2 mornings. Air conditioning unit and bathroom extractor fan was extremely loud. Disturbed through the night with constant door banging.
