Holiday Inn Peterborough West

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn. Lovely hotel in a very nice location. I will be staying there again.

Liked: Same gentleman checked me in and out, he is excellent. Warm greeting and thoroughly pleasant.

Liked: Accessible room and associated facilities. Some staff extremely helpful beyond the call of duty. Food quality acceptable.
Disliked: The receptionist was expressionless and not welcoming. High charge for disabled parking.

Very good

Liked: Free WIFI. Beautiful surroundings, enjoyed the ducks right outside entrance. Bathrooms could do with a refit, especially the baths. Rooms were comfortable as were the beds.
Disliked: £15 parking a day! However I was at a conference so didn't have to pay.

Disliked: Food very expensive in restaurant.

Liked: The room was very spacious and clean, very comfortable bed.
Disliked: The bar prices were ridiculous, £21 for one pint of beer and a glass of wine!!

Functional hotel with easy access...

Liked: Room was ok but I asked for one that was quietly located and it was noisy.That said, I appreciate the location is basically a traffic roundabout!Reception staff were friendly.Food service very slow and limited menu.
Disliked: Traffic noise in room.
