Hotel doesnt deserve the points...

Liked: Only the breakfast was good...
Disliked: 1st day bathroom outlet in the shower was plugged. I requested plumber or someone to fix from reception. They told me to wait till morning. After a long travel, i eanted to have a shower but they offered me to wait. After forcing them, one staff brought a hand pump to fix. But staff just was trying to show himself doing somthing to fix. I told him to stay away and took the pump and i removed very dirty materials from outlet by myself. Then he said he will send someone to clean and it took also long time around 20-30 mins. I tool thr dirt and put in garbage bin myself too. It was the most terrible moment that i encountered during my stays in the hotels. You can see the dirt from the photo attached...

Liked: Location: the location is unique, it’s close to many attractions and shopping malls. A lot of restaurants near the hotel, most of them are very good.Staff: the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing

Great Experience

Liked: 1. Service: From the moment we stepped into the hotel until the moment we left, everything was great. There was a taxi strike on the day we checked out, so we took the subway to get to the railway station. We are very thankful to the gentleman at the reception who helped us carry our suitcases down the stairs.2. Location: I would say the hotel is in a perfect location, and there’s a great restaurant for dinner right next door.3. Room: The room was the perfect size and super comfortable. In my opinion, it wasn’t as small as some of the previous reviews suggested.

Bad for me

Liked: The stuff are friendly
Disliked: Room is tiny tiny , too old , dusty , no elevator where my room located , I have knee problems although they didn’t help me get a room in floor has left , toilet door is broken and it’s facing the bed , the room actually cell size , window is small and up hight on the celling .

Liked: Room was a little small but understandable because it is in Paris.Bed and pillows were good.Housekeepers did a very good cleaning.Location is nothing short of spectacular.
Disliked: Water pressure is far too low.
