Good location, friendly staff and...

Liked: Accessibility to the train station and friendly staff.
Disliked: Limited room service menu and air conditioning system is working at substandard level.

Excellent location and good ampience

Liked: Location was excellent
Disliked: Assistance to strangers for finding hotel on arrival ( railway station) need to improve. If possible provide pick up service from station. I lost direction completely , moved around approx 2 hrs to find the hotel.
