Great price, great location and...

Liked: Property was great and the location was perfect. A block from the metro and the neighborhood definitely felt safe.
Disliked: I have no complaints

Splendid staff and location.

Liked: The hotel staff are exceptional, immensely helpful, polite, cheerful and courteous. My husband fractured a bone in his foot just before our departure and needed crutches to get around. We were offered a room with a shower rather than a bath which was greatly appreciated.The charming lady at breakfast was also very helpful with my husband's lack of mobility. Plenty of choice too for all breakfast tastes.The hotel location was ideal for the plans we had during our short visit.
Disliked: Our room was on the top floor underneath the eaves. I didn't like having to crawl in and out of bed because of the sloping ceiling but the bed itself was extremely comfortable and we slept well. The bathroom, despite having some natural light from a window, had very poor lighting. Not good for applying makeup!

Disliked: Very old, not clean, the rooms are to small We stayed 2 days without hot water!!!

Liked: Araci the manager very nice to me she helps me with my reservation and the service from the front desk and specially her help was really good I will recommend this to my friends and family the location of the hotel is perfect to go visits all the iconic places in Paris I will definitely came back again
