Loved the place
Liked: Was pretty perfect for what we wanted, close to the airport, clean, A/C, food and staff were amazing.
Disliked: Only a side note - the shuttle does not go to terminal 1 only 2 & 3. So we got an uber instead, the staff did let us know, you can get another bus from terminal 2 to terminal 1 but as this was our first time traveling out of the country we wanted a straight run, with the airport being a tad confusing.

A great place to stay...
Liked: It was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly. A very comfortable stay.

No air in room, very...
Liked: The room was clean and beds were comfortable.
Disliked: We arrived past midnight and the air conditioner of the room did not work. They could not give us another room because hotel was full. We were 3 people, and the sofa bed was not done and had only 2 towels. The only thing that I was told at check out was "I'm sorry". At least I should have received a credit for this.

Highly overpriced rate - worst...
Liked: Clean
Disliked: We called the hotel to book. It was already after midnight and our flight was cancelled. They told us straight away that they have no rooms available. Booking.com had rooms. A standard room for 411€, a highly overpriced walk in rate. There were zero amenities available, and we would have needed the toothbrush and comb that you usually get at a four star hotel. There was a sign that said you could ask if you needed anything. The reception was not helpful- we asked for the bill and they said only at checkout. In the morning they told me that they had a system failure, but no one was transparent. Oh, and no breakfast for 411€ - not included in the rate. No taxis in the morning and transfer only if prebooked. Again, no information about this at check-in.
