Liked: Hotel agents were very kind and helpful and pleasant.
Disliked: The A/C unit in our bedroom made a loud noise, cycling on and off.

Liked: Absolutely loved the location— very close to restaurants. Only a 20-30 minute drive to the beach. Very convenient for anything that you may need and close to everything! Very clean, excellent room service & overall very comfortable stay with convenient location. Would recommend to anyone that doesn’t want to be on the beach around the crowd, but wants to be in Panama for vacation and visit when you want to the beach.

Liked: The gentleman that over saw breakfast was cordial, polite, and concerned about your needs to start your day properly. To my wife and I, he was the face of the hotel staff!!
Disliked: Please don't lock the doors to the parking lot, such that when we park at 9pm, we aren't required to walk around the hotel in order to get in.

Disliked: I have to say I think the Manager does an excellent job. They did give our room away but was quickly taken care of. They had no help at breakfast so we had to clean our table. One young man did what he could. I’m sure they have problems finding good help like every business does these days. But I’d surely stay there again

Liked: It’s very clean, lobby , rooms and hallways.
Disliked: We thought breakfast was free but when we came down to eat the waiter handed you a bill. We thought breakfast was included. $15per person. There is also not enough trollies we had to wait 35min to get one.
