Disliked: Cashier charged me twice and she refused to return my money.

Liked: Got a good price. Staff nice. Room good. Easy park and ride nearby for town centre.

Liked: Love the interior design, excellent service and good location, not far from Oxford City Center. Price also affordable

Disliked: Room service I have ordered Chicken avocado pesto sandwich and we have recieved just boiled chicken sandwich. when we reached out to front dest they said Kitchen runout of avocado and they happy to send some pesto. we have returned the sandwich.
