Liked: The staff ware extremely helpful, especially with one family member who has reduced mobility and food allergy.
Disliked: Due to the family members reduced mobility unfortunately it was difficult for the person to access the shower. That may be something for the future to offer a walk in shower. The front door did not lock but we have told the kind staff.
