Holiday Inn Ottawa East By IHG

My duvet cover had dirt stains on it so I asked for a new one; got one without a cover which had even darker stains on it. Asked several times after for a clean one (over the phone and at the desk) and never got one. Ended up sleeping with just the sheet but it definitely made me question how clean everything else was.

Liked: Staff are super friendley. Check in is so quick and agile. Location is great.
Disliked: No fresh air in rooms. All windows are sealed.
