Holiday Inn Ottawa East By IHG

My duvet cover had dirt stains on it so I asked for a new one; got one without a cover which had even darker stains on it. Asked several times after for a clean one (over the phone and at the desk) and never got one. Ended up sleeping with just the sheet but it definitely made me question how clean everything else was.

Disliked: Room:- no vent,fan in bathroom- ac beside the bed and uncomfortable during night- dirty hallways - bad smell

Liked: The location was convenient, but that's about it.
Disliked: My niece stepped on a piece of metal sticking out of the carpet and cut her foot. This is a major safety hazard.

Liked: Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The warm welcome from the staff made me feel instantly at ease. The room was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and tastefully decorated. I loved the peaceful atmosphere and all the little thoughtful touches. You can truly feel their dedication to guest satisfaction. A genuine favorite!
Disliked: Honestly, nothing worth mentioning. Every stay exceeds my expectations.
