Always my first choice for...

Liked: Perfect location and makes for some decent walks around the city. Restaurant is also phenomenal.
Disliked: Wish there were more options for snacks in the lobby, but it got the job done

For the amount I was...

Liked: Had no trolley to take up luggage. Had two kids and had to carry everything up to the hotel. The room had a strong cleaning smell and the window was wide open when we entered the room. Had to paid $30 for parking when the room was over $200

Liked: I booked room with 2 queen beds but there was oneRoom was very cold heating system was not working.i asked at reception to solve this issue with heating system they didn’t help me and now my kids are seek.It wsa worst experience with this hotel. I want back my money witch i pay for this hotel

Older dated hotel downtown but...

Liked: Since the purpose of my visit was to attend an event at the War Museum the location was perfect. And all staff were very friendly.
Disliked: Overall just felt a bit old and rundown. The carpet in my room looked stained and dirty.

Not great but for one...

Liked: The location was ok at best.
Disliked: The room hadn’t been vacuumed. The beds were crazy soft. Well worn I’m guessing. The layout of the room was too crowded and hard to move around.

Liked: The restaurant.
Disliked: It was really expensive and not worth the price just for one night and the parking wasn't even included, we had to pay extra, and they didn't even put water bottles in the room

Liked: Love bed, pillows. Restaurant was great..very friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: Room was small.
