Decent stay in downtown

Liked: Room decent..location great..parking charge is half of you are ihg member.
Disliked: Breakfast is not a buffet..breakfast should have more options.. Breakfast is not value for money. Not a great mattress and pillows. The elevator needs some better cleaning.

My stay was excellent and...

Liked: The front desk staff on arrival were friendly and very professional. Indeed the staff throughout my stay were great.
Disliked: There was nothing to complain about at all

Loved Ottawa and the Hotel...

Liked: Friendly, helpful staff, good parking, very central
Disliked: Nothing-the air con-thank goidness for it but it was quite loud-I’m not sure there is much the Hotel can do about this system though
