Never again

Liked: Nice big bed and dove toiletries, although the body lotion was off
Disliked: Not having very noisy teenagers on the top floor, the noise made by these kids was horrendous, and although I complained to reception twice they still continued until long after midnight, then the same at 6 am, was hell on earth was not a happy bunny!

Always my first choice for...

Liked: Perfect location and makes for some decent walks around the city. Restaurant is also phenomenal.
Disliked: Wish there were more options for snacks in the lobby, but it got the job done

For the amount I was...

Liked: Had no trolley to take up luggage. Had two kids and had to carry everything up to the hotel. The room had a strong cleaning smell and the window was wide open when we entered the room. Had to paid $30 for parking when the room was over $200

Liked: I booked room with 2 queen beds but there was oneRoom was very cold heating system was not working.i asked at reception to solve this issue with heating system they didn’t help me and now my kids are seek.It wsa worst experience with this hotel. I want back my money witch i pay for this hotel
