Very good

Liked: The location was excellent, and staff interaction, especially Linda, was excellent. Good for the price. Great size outdoor pool, and most of all lots of free parking. Walking distance from lots of food and tourist activities.
Disliked: Definitely needs improvement on the interior. Not a modern hotel on the inside. Needs some more renovation. I did see big roach in my room during my stay. Looks like it was an older hotel purchase by Holiday Inn Chain and more upgrades on the inside.

Disliked: I’m trying to dispute the charge on my card for my last stay at the holiday hotel on Saturday . We checked in at 4 pm and left our stuff in the room to go to the Disney parks when we came back to the hotel in order for you to go thru the glasses door to go into the elevator a guy came in right after us without using any card . And the asked us if we were in room 2703 . Which was our room number and after that he proceeded to tell us that if he could go up to our room with us because he lost his passport in that room. He was holding the elevator because we tried to get off on the 5 th floor instead of our room floor because we felt uncomfortable. . We immediately went to the lobby and reported the incident either the front desk person . They called security but they had no other room to transfer us too . So we decided to leave . we didn’t feel safe . The front desk person said that there will be no issue getting a refund . I requested a report of the incident and he stated that it wasn’t ready until the morning . I have been calling the hotel for two days to get a refund and the report and they keep saying they are going to call me back and they never do . This is very frustrating because we had to drive 2 hours back at 12 in the morning with my wife 6 month pregnant because the hotel couldn’t accommodate us.
