Liked: Staff very nice even as late as we arrive. Made us feel welcomed

Liked: The waitress in the restaurant was very nice.
Disliked: The waitress in the restaurant was very nice. When I checked in I felt like I was interfering with the receptionist day. When I got checked in and was handed my key told I was all set. Then I had to ask where the elevator was, was given an eye roll and then they pointed behind a statue and display. There were stains on the curtains.
