Staff was very nice and helpful. Great location for our concert and hotel was very clean.

Liked: Convenient location for the Disney parks with early entry. Walking distance from Disney springs. Comfortable rooms, breakfast included.
Disliked: The fountains in the pool are a bit annoying.

Liked: Appreciate having 2 options of pillows in the room - firm and soft.
Disliked: There was only 1 option for breakfast - the buffet. It was very over priced. Need to have more options for people who don't want to gorge themselves when eating. We went elsewhere for food. We could also hear the traffic from I-95 while trying to sleep.

Liked: The location is conveniently close to Disney Springs' shopping, and they offer free transportation to all Disney locations.
Disliked: The carpet needs cleaning more regularly. My sinus was acting up because of the dust.

Liked: Booked king with pool view room had bushes high than seating area on first floor had no pool view at all
Disliked: Could have gotten what I paid for instead of attitudes
