Holiday Inn Orlando Disney Spring Area

Staff was very nice and helpful. Great location for our concert and hotel was very clean.

Liked: Clean and roomy.
Disliked: Room was not cool enough.

Overall good stay

Liked: I liked how close it is to disney springs and we were given a voucher for free drinks the next day which was convenient. Parking is super convenient
Disliked: Wish the room could get a little colder and didn't have to pay for parking.

Liked: Comfortable room and nice pool!
Disliked: I assumed since it was a “official Disney resort” we would be able to park at the magic kingdom and animal kingdom without charge. I was a little disappointed that we had to pay for parking at the hotel and parks.

Exceptional

Liked: Great facilities, great breakfast, helpful staff (our park shuttle bus didn’t turn up so we booked an Uber which the hotel reimbursed straight away), clean room

Exceptional

Liked: Front desk staff David and Sarina were excellent at check in. Breakfast staff John took exceptional care of us as well as the omelet chef(his name escapes me).
Disliked: Food/bar prices were a bit steep.
