Hotel Description
Located off Interstate 49 just 2 miles from the center of Opelousas Louisiana this Cajun Country hotel offers on-site dining an indoor pool and free in-room Wi-Fi. Each accommodations at the Opelousas Holiday Inn is decorated in warm colors and is equipped with cable TV and movie channels. A microwave refrigerator and coffee maker are included along with a large hardwood work desk and desk lamp. The hotel's gym features full-length mirrors and cardio equipment. A business center is located off of the lobby and laundry services are available. Cafe 5696 located on site serves Cajun cuisine for breakfast lunch and dinner. It also has a full bar with specialty cocktails. We no longer have a restaurant. Evangeline Downs Racetrack & Casino is less than a mile from Holiday Inn Opelousas. The Opelousas Museum of Art is a 10-minute drive from the hotel.

Liked: The staff was very friendly. The hotel and rooms were clean too. I reserved 3 rooms for my family. We went to a church reunion and to visit family. It is located in a very convenient and easy to find location. I would really recommend this hotel.

WORST STAY EVER !!!!!

Liked: NOTHING
Disliked: The room was dirty, hair in sink & in shower, Bed had stains on sheets. I told the front desk they said OK thanks. for telling us.
