Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and in very good condition. I am 75 and they changed my room from the second floor to ground level so that I would not have to climb the stairs with my luggage.
Disliked: There was an unpleasant odor in the hallway outside of our room. Luckily, we could not smell it in our room.

Disliked: The only thing that would make it better. Is the sink and mirror is in the bathroom

Disliked: There was mold and dust all over the bathroom. Floor was sticky, floor near the air unit wasn’t vacuumed. There wasn’t an elevator only stairs to second floor. Next to a recycling plant so it smelled horrible outside every time you walked outside. The only positive was the polite staff.

Liked: It was clean, easy to get to, the staff was friendly, and it was easy to find parking.
Disliked: The only thing was hand prints that looked like someone tried to get into my car, but that has nothing to do with the hotel.
