Liked: The hotel and stay overall was good. Most staff were friendly.
Disliked: The reason we chose this hotel is because it advertised offering a shuttle, however it only offers rides to/from the airport in a very narrow window in the morning (something like 5am-10am), and was not available during the time we needed it. I wish we had known this prior to booking. We ended up moving to a different hotel after the first night that had more flexible shuttle services to accommodate our logistical plans. They do not have their own van, but will utilize a ride share app to get you the ride.

Disliked: Could hear footsteps & stomping from 3rd floor above us.The lobby and The parking could use an update or sprucing up. Repaint and replace pavement. Add flowers or succulents.

Convenient location but poor hotel

Liked: Location to airport.
Disliked: Shockingly poor receptionist. One person on duty. She was clueless, told us we weren’t booked in that hotel and I said yes we were. She finally found our keys in a drawer and practically threw them at us. Coffee machine in room broken
