Liked: Staff, Was great, Any time i need anything they always helped, and alswys have a smile on their face even when i know somepeople was really working them..

Superb

Liked: We have been coming to your hotel and we like it.
Disliked: We had a broken armchair in the room. We did not notice it at first but a sharp spring was sticking out at the some close to the end of the arm rest. I hurt myself but did not cut my fingers. I wanted to tell the staff but we had to hurry checking out. That was a bummer. Nevertheless we want to come back.

Our son is a marine...

Liked: Nice area close to the beach, shopping, food, and marine base. Great location! Plenty of parking, clean, nice pool and jacuzzi too!
Disliked: The washer and dryers not being on every floor and the dryers didn’t work that great. It took a long time to dry one regular size load.

Convenient for one night stay...

Liked: Walking distance to harbor.
Disliked: Our room was close to the freeway off rampAnd was very noisy. Hotel was busy so we couldn't move to a quieter room.

Liked: pacious room and nice shower. Convenient parking with elevator access. However, note that the parking area is not gated.
Disliked: Breakfast should be included for the price we paid.Although the hotel is listed as a San Diego location, it actually takes about 40–50 minutes to reach the main city attractions. As someone unfamiliar with the area, I was a bit disappointed to find it farther from downtown than expected.On the positive side, the hotel is located very close to the ocean. However, the walk to the beach is a bit tricky—you have to cross the railroad, and we did encounter a couple of homeless individuals on the way. Still, the beach is within walking distance, which is a big plus.
