Holiday Inn Ocean City, Ocean City

My adult daughter and I stayed for the New Years' Eve Weekend. Great rate, excellent rate for additional nights' stay after we had checked in. Loved the room with the fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, living room area and the beds were wonderful. Everything was CLEAN, and I never leave home without my Lysol, Clorox Wipes and Febreze to tidy a hotel room! Wonderful to have a fruit basket in the lobby along with Egg Nog and 20% coupon off our entree at the restaurant. The hotel was quiet and right down the street for our ringing in the New Year at Seacrets! We will be staying again to bring in 2013!

Liked: Location was great! Room was clean and comfortable. We had an oceanfront king. The kitchenette was a great bonus. The staff were all VERY attentive and helpful.
Disliked: There was a young man maybe 10 in the pool room alone. We were worried for his safety.

Liked: I liked that the front desk staffs were very friendly and courteous. They took immediate action to any problems and concerns I had and managements were equally super nice, friendly and courteous.
Disliked: I didn't like that the hotel was very outdated. It looked nothing like what it seemed in the online marketing. Nonetheless my stay was comfortable and the ocean front view was amazing! The bathroom to my suite had a very bad smell coming from the toilet that never went away. There's definitely some upgrades needed to this hotel. Heating and air conditioning was loud too.
