Liked: Property was clean. Good location & smooth check in process.
Disliked: We were stuck in the elevator for an hour after a power outage. Elevator descended abruptly causing discomfort and pain in my lower back. None of the staff acknowledged us after being in there for an hour. After explaining my situation & asking for an incident report staff acted very rudely. The lady at the front desk did not want to give me her name (I needed it for the incident report) & was also told I could not get a copy of it. The man in charge made a joke asking if “We wanted to take another ride on the elevator”. The place was clean and good for a nights sleep but the staff was simply HORRIBLE.
