Liked: Fantastic location with a close 15-minute walk to the centre for the stunning castle and museums. Rooms were comfortable spacious and quiet.
Disliked: Some refurb works ongoing and only one lift servicing the 5 upper floor and basement carpark.

Liked: Our superior twin room was very big and comfortable. The staff were very polite and extremely helpful: hen we asked for an extra bed for our daughter the bed arrived within minutes.

Liked: A very good place for an affordable price. It's very clean and spacious! A phenomenal location!
Disliked: Parking lot is extra 20 euros per night.

Bad receptionist service

Liked: The location and the room is nice.
Disliked: I had bad experience with one of the reception lady. I asked her about the bedroom that I paid from booking.com and what I got is not the same. I supposed to get the bigger room (superior room, for 3 beds). But the hotel gave me the standard room with double bed and charged me the extra bad for 10 euro/night. I asked her about the problem and from the beginning she was answering me in an arrogant and not nice character. She did not want to check it. She said what I paid is what I get. We had an argument about that, but seems like she doesn't care. And next to her, standing very nice man (his name: Rishob Sen). I asked him for help. He was helping me to check the problem. After he checked it, he said There is a mistake on the system. The system on the booking.com and what the hotel got is not the same. He admitted the mistake and he gave me a drink voucher for compensations. And he removed the charge for extra bed.
