Disliked: It was like a building site. I understand work has to be done to modernise an existing property but customers should be informed of changes before arrival!!

Liked: Staff were lovely. Good location.
Disliked: Pillows were awful. So hard and lumpy didnt sleep well. The lighting in room was terrible very dark.

Liked: Room, food etc all good
Disliked: One month later I’m still waiting for the £25 deposit on the day to be paid back to me. I’ve spoken twice to the hotel and assured it will be paid back into my account. Think the gremlins have taken it !! !!

Liked: The property was clean and comfortable
Disliked: It is in a rather anonymous area not very easy to reach by public transport. When I stayed the hotel was being renovated, which I wasn’t aware of when I booked. It was fine, but it all felt very temporary
