Liked: Convenience to highway/casino
Disliked: STUNK like cigars, as if someone had just been smoking in the room right before we entered. It was dirty, both in the room as well as in the hallways. The elevator wasn’t working, one of them was completely out of order, and the other the doors wouldn’t open up, unless you held onto the button. In our room there was a ringing sound when the heat kicked on. When we tried to check out, there was no one at the front desk. There was a sticky spill outside of the elevators on our floor when we got to the hotel that was never cleaned when we left the next day.We have stayed here many times, and it appears as if things have gotten very rundown from the last stay two years ago.

The worst professionalism I have...

Disliked: The water was ice cold for hand washing and a shower. I waited 10 minutes for water to get warm and it never came. My son and my friend were not feeling well and they could not take a shower. When I mentioned it to front desk they said yes we know this. I asked them if there was something they could do and they said no. The front desk girl said “ cold showers are the worst”. I called and talked to a manager and he said others complained and talked about him taking hot showers at home after work and that others had complained too and he had a lot of customers to get back too. It was the weirdest conversation. He told me to call him back on Tuesday when he is back in the office. Very unprofessional and especially not even able to have warm water never mind hot during the winter season and it’s unsanitary. This was not a good experience.
