Liked: Staff were lovely
Disliked: A little dated and although keen, the room had a strange odour and the TV didn’t work correctly

Liked: Very close to Norwich Airport - literally a short, easy 2 minute walk out of the hotel, across the road and into the terminal car park. No problem even with luggage although the pathway is not covered from the rain. Hotel was well presented and check-in was efficient and friendly. My room was a good size with plenty of space for luggage. There’s not a huge amount nearby in terms of eating options but if you want to dine out there’s a nearby pub as well as a Tesco store for snacks. Room was comfortable and I slept well but because of my early flight I didn’t have time to visit the amenities such as the restaurant and fitness centre.
Disliked: It is an older property so a bit of wear and tear is to be expected but it was perfectly clean. Hotel does need to keep an eye on attention to detail, for example the QR code stuck to the wall in the room for ordering room service doesn’t work anymore. It should be removed. Wi-Fi was a little slow but did work.
