Liked: The pool was a great facility for my daughter to use. Breakfast was also great, lots of choice and all very tasty.
Disliked: The noise at night from other guests was appalling. We were kept awake until 3am and it ruined our stay. I had to get dressed and ask the reception staff to go and ask the neighbours to be quiet but the lack of sleep really spoilt the stay.

Great value for money, I...

Liked: The staff was very welcoming and very helpful. The kitchen staff was excellent, and everyone was so polite. The room was very suitable for my family. We were simply satisfied with the service we received.
Disliked: Everything was excellent,I can't point to anything I dislike.

Disliked: We had a bad experience ! Went to our allocated room to find a man and woman already in there with their dog! Two of us had been given the same room. The problem was resolved but our new room didn’t have a travel cot for my son. They brought one up but it was broken. Someone swapped it for another which was also broken ! Finally at 9pm we got a new cot but my son was pretty upset as it was 1.5h past bedtime and he wouldn’t fall asleep on the bed with people coming in & out to sort cot. This was a disappointing start to our trip. I then went to lock the door and the chain was broken so we couldn’t have the extra level of security. This led to a bad nights sleep for me as I was jumpy given what had just happened ! Staff were all friendly and it was no one’s fault - but still a pretty awful first night

From the moment we arrived...

Liked: From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly. My son is autistic and they took the time to listen to himAnd also took time for him to reply. They carefully explained the Easter hunt, and gave details of the stay. The swimming attendant was great, high fived the kids and assisted when we didn’t have cash for the lockers. The evening meal staff also had smiles and couldn’t have helped any more all understanding neurodiversity of my son, drinks and food served quickly even though there was a big wedding on. They have a great play area which kept the kids happy. The staff although young were happy and wanting to help, considering I travel allot and most the time the young ones do not engage here it was the opposite, customer care was 100%. It was clean in the restaurant and they couldn’t have tried harder. The roomWas great the one and only thing I can say that was bad about the stay was the bath Matt. Stained and coloured it honestlyWas the only thing I can say that needs changing. Swimming poolWas clean and warm - for little ones it’s perfect temperature. Breakfast was great ingredients - I’m a sausage snob and these were not the typical catering sausages they were actually nice, for kids they have pancakes and sauce along with cereal and the fruit was not bruised as usual. Quick service and again friendly staff. If I’mHonest I didn’t feel like I was in a holiday inn, it felt moreLikeA 4*. Disliked: Bath Matt - needs changing - usb chargers when updating next.
