Definitely will stay there again.

Liked: It was nice and clean. Lovely breakfast.
Disliked: They had a conditioner issue but they said they are working on that plus we had a fan so it wasn’t that bad.

Fit the bill.

Liked: Very clean, comfy beds. Convenient location for easy access to Norwich city centre.
Disliked: Although location was convenient, it felt a little rough and unsafe to be walking around alone. The outside of the building looks very unappealing in comparison to the inside.

Liked: The staff were great!
Disliked: Very dated, for a lower price (also on a bank holiday weekend) I stayed at a much nicer Holiday Inn in Cambridge - maybe the quality of the property could be reflected in a cheaper nightly rate.

Met expectations, bar staff and...

Liked: Breakfast was much the same as it is in most standard hotels and was good value as we stayed with breakfast included.
Disliked: Food could be hotter and a little fresher.

Try and stay somewhere else

Liked: The reception staff were absolutely lovely. Could not have asked for a more friendly but professional check in.
Disliked: The entire place is tatty.......its in the middle of nowhere ......... and needs updating immediately. Your bar prices are ridiculous. But most of all, the whole place should be closed down and totally updated. Never stayed anywhere like this before. Holiday Inn.......what a let down.
