Liked: Great location
Disliked: The room we had (301) was massive, yet the access into the bathroom was tight. We literally had to straddle the toilet to close the door... perhaps the door could open out!

Found by chance on search...
Disliked: Bed was poor, hotel in general run down state. Too few staff. Not a great location for Norwich centre.

Better than expected considering some...
Liked: Location was easy to find on outskirts of the city.
Bed was really comfortable and roomy
Shower was spotless
Breakfast good selection and quality
Nice touch that they asked if my dog would like biscuits, made us feel welcome
Disliked: Arrived after midnight and had to go and find someone to check me in, but after that blip all ok Showers in the health club were rather tatty and didnt inspire confidence in hygiene levels Charged £20 for my dog which hadnt been advised of in advance - I think £10 - £15 payable elsewhere is more appropriate
