This hotel has such potential

Liked: We loved the room, the facilities… it was beyond our expectations. It was super clean, comfortable , perfect temperature and quiet , close to Norwich city center.
Disliked: Some of the staff were really unfriendly. However the ladies at reception were welcoming and the gentleman at breakfast (light hair,beard white shirt) was a superstar…. Bar staff were very grumpy in the evening and so was staff on our check out this morning ….we still really recommend it because of the comfort and facilities !

Great hotel for a family...

Liked: Excellent value for money, good breakfast, good location and reasonable priced parking. We were also allocated a pitch facing room which our kids were really excited about!
Disliked: Nothing.

Nice hotel with friendly staff.

Liked: Getting to the hotel was easy and parking was plentiful in the nearby car park for hotel guests. Excellent choices at breakfast. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Air conditioning on the room was great when we visited as it was hot.
Disliked: Parking was an extra £8. Hotel is quite a walk from the main town centre ( for children). Wouldn’t want to arrive on a match day as the hotel is right at the football stadium.

Disliked: Wrong Advertisement - Standard Double Beds were actually Small Double Beds. Horrible pillows that are too hard or too soft and pillow cases make crisp plastic polythene noises. Bad location, with no own car parking but Stadium parking unsafe carparking out of sight. Staff were not reading messages sent from Booking.com. window handle missing so not able to ventilate room. No bedside plug socket as advertised.

Liked: good choice for breakfast lift to spacious bedroom which was serviced daily
Disliked: there w ere several items unavailable on the menu each evening. What we got was very tasty however
