Liked: good location for football ground and city. Lovely room and comfy bed. good breakfast, maybe a little expensive for full breakfast.

Great city stay

Liked: Really convenient location. Short walk to riverside for restaurants and Morrisons. I’ve stayed here a couple of times for work.

Pleasent hotel with very friendly...

Liked: Great location if you are attending a match at the Norwich stadium but they will make you move your car before the match starts so don't bother coming here if you're hoping to leave your car here during the game as you may as well stay a bit thurther out in a nicer hotel for the same price if not less.
Disliked: Overpriced for what you get. May as well stay elsewhere if attending the football match because they force you out of the car park at 12pm which is likely to upset nearly every guest so not much point coming here as you'll have to venture out in the morning anyway so you're not even staying near the ground at that point.

Comfortable stay

Liked: The hotel is comfortable clean and have the basic necessity. We only spent one night here though. Location would depend on the purpose of stay if for football then its the best location but for the city centre its a good 15-20minutes walk.
Disliked: As a 4 star hotel , breakfast is basic and need more staff - though they are all working very hard- especially we stayed on easter sunday. The rooms needs body lotion and hair conditioner as you would expect in a 4 4 star hotel.
