My stay here was not...
Liked: The only thing I liked was that it was close to Mohegan sun and the hotel did offer a shuttle there. The facility itself needs an upgrade.
Disliked: Let's start with I booked a room with a balcony. Upon check in The clerk tells me They do not have anymore rooms with a balcony. That is the room I paid for. He proceeds to tell me that 3rd party check in books room for people even if the hotel doesn't have any availability????? I look at him and said 3rd party bookings have more control over the rooms than the hotel itself??? Does that make sense to you sir??? There was a wedding going on at the time so they gave the room that I paid for to another guest. After explaining to the clerk how I am REPORTING THEM they Mysteriously found another balcony room however the room was damp. It probably had a leak. Smh.This is one of the worse unprofessional hotels by far. I thinks it needs a MAJOR REVAMPING!!!!

Liked: Nothing. At check-in, receptionist was nice, but machines not working - took awhile to get checked in. Not a lot of people there, but at a way far away room, that smelled horrible, moldy, dark, wet, dirty.
Disliked: Nothing. Not a lot of people there, but room was hard to get to, and was DISGUSTING. Ventiation horrible, room wet, dark, moldy, dirty! Said I was cancelling the rest of my stay, only staying the 1 night, and leaving the next morning. I called Booking.com and the front desk - and they said fine, but still have not received my credit back. Hotel says I did not leave until Thursday, and would only credit one day back - which is totally untrue. Booking.com told me I was all set, and I booked other reservations for the rest of the days, but, still to date, have received no credit back, after multiple calls and messages to Booking.com and the Hotel, to employees, and manager of the hotel - AND NO RESPONSE AT ALL FROM THE HOTEL MANAGER. I HAVE MY RECEIPTS FROM THE OTHER LOCATION BOOKED TO SHOW, AND STILL NO ONE IS ANSWERING ME.

Disliked: Ceiling in the bathroom above the shower, tiles need to be replaced,,water stains, drapes were broken, a little pricey for one night with the issue of the bathroom.

Liked: The staff were friendly. The service provided by Sharon in the Sports Bar and Rendezvous Restaurant was excellent. Sharon goes the extra mile. Best part of stay.

Liked: Staff were professional and helpful.
Disliked: The hotel is in disrepair.Changed rooms twice-3rd room was ok.Toilet clogged immediately in 1st room.Second room smelled like cat urine.Third room was okay but the cover for the radiator fell off for no reason.Will try to avoid Holiday Inn brand now on.

Liked: Having two queen beds in the room.
Disliked: the toilet seat need to be fixed and the shower head was facing out so when I turned it on, the floor was flooded. I think the people before me moved the shower head.
