After reading previous reviews was a little concerned about staying here. Decided to take a chance since I have had previously had good experiences at Quality Inn and it was the closest hotel to where I was going. It is an older hotel, but kept clean. You could see where they had been painting the rooms. Was very pleased with the overall experience. Room was better than I expected - big and plenty of space. Rooms has a table for two and a desk, mini fridge and microwave too. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Easy access to and from Business 85. Staff was very helpful. Had a room at back of hotel. I was next to elevator and close to street and had no issues. If I am ever in Spartanburg again will definitely stay here.

Disliked: Cosmetics.

Liked: Hotel was in great shape and modern updates look nice. Check in was a breeze and the attendant was extremely nice and helpful. Id definitely stay here again

Quite, Good food, kind staff,...

Liked: The hotel was quite and clean, the food in the restaurant was great. Fresh, well seasoned and presented with care. The restaurant manager was friendly and helpful as well. The front desk staff was very nice and attentative. The actual rooms were clean as well and the beds were some of the most comfortable beds I have slept in.
Disliked: The walls in the bathroom in front of the toliet were a little dirty. Like maybe some wiped their hands there. It didn't keep me from using the bathroom. But, I can see how it may have been missed especially if the toliet was not used when cleaning.
