Wonderful hotel in an excellent...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable and the staff at reception were very helpful. The location was convenient to public transportation and within walking distance of Capilano University and several parks. The associated restaurant had excellent food at a good price.

Affordable, clean and friendly

Liked: My family appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel (the housekeeping staff was also very friendly!) and the availability of a pool. The lady who checked us in at the front desk was professional, polite and helpful regarding nearby parks to entertain our 4 year old son.
Disliked: The bed and pillows were not the most comfortable (I felt like I was sleeping on sandbags) and some of the furniture was in need of updating due to wear and tear over the years.

Third stay….excellent as usual…

Big, bright and comfortable

Liked: Lovely new hotel. Fantastic room size and very comfortable. Clean with good facilities. A couple of restaurants and convenience store nearby otherwise not much else. Free parking very handy.
