Liked: The hotel is closer to the falls and our favourite parks.
Disliked: This is our second stay in the property, I was impressed the first time we were here. During our first stay the Front Desk Agent was very accomodating. This time we were assigned on the ground floor and I asked if there is something on the different floor, quick to response no without even checking. We were placed on the ground floor closer to the backdoor and parking, we can hear the people from the lobby and the loud noise from the parking.

Liked: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient — close to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, which made it easy to get around without any hassle.The room was clean, well-furnished, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The bed was especially cozy, and I appreciated the quiet environment that allowed for a restful night’s sleep. All essential amenities were provided, and everything was in excellent working condition.

This stay was below average

Liked: On the positive side, the hotel's proximity to major shops and restaurants was a definite plus, and the staff were helpful.
Disliked: the bathroom was particularly disappointing – it was small, not clean, and had a persistent sewer smell emanating from the wash basin. The breakfast setup was also a negative; being limited to a single dine-in option in the restaurant with only one choice and a free coffee felt restrictive compared to other budget hotels.

I would definitely stay here...
