Pleasant stay

Liked: It was clean and modern room, in a good location

Very poor

Liked: The rooms are nice and clean
Disliked: They don't provide water bottles and have no water filter stations at all where someone can fill their bottles.Their check in time is too late and they don't let anyone check in earlier which I understand but apparently their check in time is not even 3. They say it's AFTER 3, which makes no sense. After 3 can mean anything. And when it comes to check-out they know exactly what time it is because they came knocking at 12.The phone in the room didn't work so we couldn't call the front desk.Not worth the money.

Family getaway to Niagara Falls....

Liked: Comfortable beds, super friendly staff, amazing location!
Disliked: Breakfast isn’t amazing. If I visited again I would forgo adding breakfast and just find local food.

Great Family Get-A-Way

Liked: We love the convenience of the restaurant and nightlife so close to the hotel.
Disliked: The room was a bit more expensive than I usually pay due to it being July 4th long weekend.

Liked: All over is good.The staff was nice, especially the housekeeping lady that took care of our room,she was very kind.
Disliked: I felt suffocated in the bathroom.I think the ventilation wasn't working properly.

You get what you pay...

Liked: The location was great. Close to everything we wanted to do. The pizza place connected to the hotel was delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy.
Disliked: Property was renovated but not done well. The rooms looked like it was a quick cheap renovation job. The walls and doors were thin so we could hear a ton of noise. The pool area needed some TLC. This property was clearly an older property but had been renovated. It was clean-ish. There were a ton of bugs in the room (flys and gnats etc). Nothing harmful but definitely annoying bugs flying around. There seemed to be dirt of mold near the air conditioning vents. Overall it was sort of what you pay for.
