Liked: What is there not to like. The warm welcome at check-in continued through out the stay. Every thing was fantastic.

Disappointing from previous stays

Liked: late check out, proximity to Casino and Falls
Disliked: Noise from room next door, argumentative front desk staff, breakfrast in the restaurant overcooked then undercooked (on purpose), our table of 6, only one person was satisfied with their breakfrast and they had no taste buds.

Good location, clean hotel but...

Liked: The hotel was clean and centrally located within a minute walk from everything
Disliked: We didn’t know to request a higher floor so we were placed on the first floor with a terrace instead of a balcony and people were walking up to our room often when we went outside and looking in our windows as they passed. When I asked for a switch, the front desk staff said they had to reserve the rest of the rooms for walk ins and that we should have requested not to be on the first floor. I’ve been to this hotel many times and I don’t think I would go back for the off chance of getting another first floor room.
