Great time had by all,...
Liked: They gave us a room near the pool as requested, the staff were all very friendly and efficient. Food was very good and great value. Everything was clean. A great stay, thank you so much!

Not a comfortable nights sleep....
Liked: The location of the hotel and the lay out
Disliked: The uncomfortable bed. The uncleanliness of the room and the waiting time for the use of the pool. The fire alarm going off in the middle of the night a few times due to a fault

Perfect location, great staff
Liked: Room was basic but fine for the purpose of our stay. Staff were all amazing from check-in to waiter staff and bar staff.
Disliked: Bed was comfortable however sofa bed was the pits, thin thin mattress that meant you felt every part of the frame. Son had to sleep in with me. Given I was an IHG member and booked through the app, I was disappointed to find out that those vbooking throguh booking.com and alternative booking providers actually got a lesser rate than me and they also got upgraded to a room with a fridge. Also fire alarm went off (technical fault) meaning we were wakened at 5am and couldn't get back to sleep, not ideal when my son was competing at British championships. No offer of discount or refund.

Good place to stay
Liked: Efficient check in/ check out Helpful reception staff ( arranged numerous taxis for us) Comfortable clean roomLovely breakfast experience ( good selection, clean and food hot)
Disliked: The hotel was experiencing issues with the fire alarm, which resulted in it sounding off on approx 5 occasions throughout the night. They were very apologetic, and we're trying to resolve the problem, unfortunately it was just one of those things.
