Liked: I stay at hotel with tanshen. The hotel takes money 3time forme me he used 2 card and I tyrd to speak with menjor 3 days but didn't answer all the yime hi not available.

Unsatisfied hotel stay.

Liked: The front desk personnel was extremely friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room that was assigned to me and my husband. Bathroom fixtures are poor. PVC pipes placed over old pipe connections are very obvious to see. No room to place personal items- toothbrush, toothpaste etc. Coffee machine never worked. The thermostat on the wall stopped working, room temperature was very humid the last day of our stay, and the battery needed replacing. House keepers did well with keeping the room clean.
