They were good except for...

Liked: Soap and shower and also the beds were comfortable
Disliked: There was a staff worker who was not very helpful and she did not even ask questions regarding how to pay and she just did things her way she did not do a good job. But someone by the name of Hutson did a great job and they even helped us find our clothes that was left in the closet in our room. Thank you so much for that and thank you also for being friendly Hutson

Disliked: I had an authorization hold which all hotels do and after your stay that hold usually drops. its been now 3 weeks since my stay at this location and it has still not dropped. each time i call "oh it takes this amount of days" "oh it depends on your bank" "oh its the kind of card you use"
