Yes, it's true the property...

Liked: The breakfast was served in the restaurant on the Lobby level. Absolutely fabulous breakfast, and my only regret was I couldn't finish those delicious shrimp and grits. My server was a young man....eager to get my order perfectly right the first time. The front desk staff was outstanding. Any need we had was met with immediate attention and a friendly smile.
Disliked: The "mobility accessible" room I reserved was anything but. The tub was a normal tub. I had to request a shower chair. The tub surface was slick as ice! My friend who needed the special facilities was very disappointed in how treacherous her bathing experience was. If you reserve a room here, make SURE you're getting what you want.There was ZERO shelf or counter space in the bathroom! Only a toilet, a stand-alone sink, and a shower/tub combo. Not one place to put your toothbrush or even a comb. Nothing. Tissues are on the back of the toilet tank and extra towels and hair dryer on a metal wire shelf mounted in the wall over the toilet. One hook beside the shower for your towel. Water temperature and pressure were good but amenities are Dove products....so you may want to bring your own shampoo and conditioner.Beds were very comfortable. AC was cold and easy to adjust. Microwave wasn't working but we found out when we were packing to leave that we hadn't flipped the mystery switch by the door which activate the wall plugs where the microwave was. Refrigerator, however, was working fine.Room is pie shaped in this unusual round building, giving us extra room to move around. Shelf space seems to be an afterthought. There was none in the bathroom and just a little too much in only one part of the bedroom. Not really conducive for 4 friends, but we managed for the two days we stayed.Dinner the first night was one of the worst dining experiences we've ever had. Food was not prepared to order. We didn't receive good service, and our server realized she'd fallen far short of our expectations. And for the debacle our meal was, our bartender made up for it with the most delicious, refreshing bar drinks I'd ever experienced! Why this woman isn't working at a 5-star lounge downtown, I'll never know. She was A+ where the rest of our meal was a D-.Oh!

Disliked: The only thing I would change is the fact that my room only had a shower.. I prefer an actual tub.

Liked: In all my years of hotel stays, I have never seen a hotel not have any complimentary coffee available. You had to go into the restaurant and pay for a cup of coffee! Pretty ridiculous for a $290 night room!
