Liked: The hotel staff was very polite and accommodating; to include the van drivers. We were given a room prior to the regular check-in times, which was definitely a plus for us. The hotel was about a 7 min drive away. The hotel van provided free rides to the airport. You had to schedule your airport ride time while checking into the hotel. It was in a very busy area, but I could barely tell with the curtains closed (hotel sits back from the main road). Although I think the price was a bit much. Q
Disliked: The walls were a little thin.

Disliked: denied shuttle service to airport. was asked at checkin what time. time was given and at check out we were not listed for service. specifically choose hotel for free airport shuttle service that was not provided.

Liked: I was stranded in New a Orleans given a cancelled flight, was very happy to land at a safe place with courteous employees and an impecable facility ? very last minute. Grateful for that.

Not A Good Stay
Liked: The comfort of the bed and the location was great.
Disliked: When I checked in the cashier was very rude. She was on the phone with an unhappy customer and when she got off the phone she was mad which caused her to be rude. Then I get to my room and the bed sheets had old blood stains on them and I called down and they said they would send sheets up. They did not even offer to put the sheets on even though they had someone who could. They told me housekeeping was not there so I had to do it myself. Staff were not friendly except for the lady who helped me in the restaurant of the hotel. Food was not the best. Then at the end of the checkout they put your bill in the door which you cannot see from inside the room and ANYONE can take it off the door. It has your name and address and the last four of your card information on it and I personally do not like that. When I asked to speak to a manager the front desk staff was very rude about it and said that a manager would not be available until the next day. It was the worse experience I have had at any hotel. Would not stay again.
