Liked: The hotel itself was very nice. Bar tender was a gem! Beds were super comfortable. Room was spacious and its so close to the airport.
Disliked: They had a new girl working the counter. Really nice girl but didnt know what she was doing. She had a gentleman helping her. She was booking the rooms and he was showing her. Im not sure who made the mix up but we booked 2 rooms. One for myself, my husband and my 2 sons and one for my mom and my 16 year old daughter. They made a mistake abd gave my mom and daughter keys to a room they didnt book them in. Number was written on the cards and everything. My daughter was getting ready to shower and my mom was in bed and a strange man walked in the room. Luckily he realized the mistake apologized and left. They booked my mom in a different room and gave her keys and a room number for one they were not booked into!! Also, they remote batteries in our room were dead and they had no replacements so we had to go buy batteries to use the TV for my sons.

Disliked: It was worn and tired (bathroom mostly)

Great stay, but don’t leave...

Disliked: Left items in the room at check out and staff said “ they didn’t see anything”. Very untruthful.
