Overall, the hotel is beautiful...

Liked: I love how spacious our room was. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and feel this was by far one of the roomiest rooms I’ve ever had. Bed was comfortable and everything was very clean! Ac worked well, hot water was great in the spacious bathroom. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was ready and available early! Pool area cleaned, and plenty of towels available. Also had a shower and bathrooms in pool area. Nice gym area too!
Disliked: Very limited parking for such a big hotel. Not close to anything so couldnt walk anywhere my son and I couldn’t do anything unless we drove somewhere but then would lose a parking spot. Signs everywhere in the lot saying not responsible for lost or stolen things from your vehicle which made me feel like theft in their parking lot must be high and that maybe the area wasn’t good. Only other complaint was the indoor pool was cold. Most indoor pool water is on the warmer side but this one wasn’t. It was cold and took some getting used to!

Liked: We were there to visit my grandson who was in the Navy and it was easy to get to the base from the hotel. We ate at the restaurant one evening and that was convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Disliked: The beds were hard and not comfortable. The breakfast was not that great. The waitress could not really understand what we were saying.
