Don't waste your money on...

Liked: Room location was good
Disliked: Booked through booking.com did not get room I reserved took 45 minutes to check in was going to charge more for two queens than I reserved king room for.

Liked: Room was nice and clean, breakfast was great and valet parking

Good stay but bring extra...

Liked: Paying $30 to park is crazy, especially when you are already paint for a room! $17 for breakfast is also crazy! We ate at Cracker Barrel for the same price!

Disliked: I was put in one room and the hallway was full of young adults all just hanging out in the hallway very noisy. Asked to be moved then got put near this generator which made a dreadful noise and kept me up half the night

Rough Start Made Better By...

Liked: The staff was extremely nice, and your desk clerk loaned us his air compressor so we could safely return to the airport. The housekeeping staff was very accommodating when we had a rough start too. Honestly, I think they might need a few additional housekeeping employees as they work especially hard to make everyone's stay enjoyable.
Disliked: We had a rough start as our room was not ready and we had some dirty / stained linens and the shower door was water stained, however, housekeeping righted everything. Given how long it takes to get hot water to the upper floors I am not surprised by the shower door.Lastly, the advertising for the Executive Queen Room was not very truthful and properly described and misleading. You get a queen room and access to a lounge down the hallway. It's not an enlarged room.
