Disliked: One set of elevators; no stairs. Room temperature water.

Jeffery, Floyds Knobs, visiting First Horizon Park Thu, 10 October 2019

Liked: Price; location.
Disliked: Yes, our room stunk. It smelt like sweaty socks. When we first got there, we were very happy they gave us our room before 3. However, it smelled. I had some spray, so we sprayed the room down and went out. When we returned. Still stunk. We were only there one night, so we just went with it.

Wow better than expected. We drove 10 hours with my 3 girls. Great hotel; clean; very friendly service. The lounge is nice to kick back and relax. We enjoyed the pool. The shuttle bus was great; service and free parking was a bonus, seeing as other hotels charge $65 a night. We went into town several times on the shuttle bus. It made our trip easy, no stress. Good breakfast and also for dinner, the in house menu we enjoyed as well. The workout room was nice as well. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

Liked: Friendly service.

Poor - 1.0 out of 5

Lynn, Clarksville Sat, 24 November 2012

Not a place to take your family if you care about their safety.

Liked: N/A
Disliked: The room was in sad shape; no remote to the ancient TV; the bathroom was nasty. We stayed on the third floor and there were no hallway lights. I actually loaded my pistol in the elevator to make sure we made it to the room safely. Vending machines on the first floor only. Room numbers were written on the walls with magic marker instead of number plates. I will never stay here again, and it should be removed from all web sites as a place to stay.

Jamie, Louisville Tue, 2 October 2012

Asked to be moved and they tried to charge me an extra $50.

Liked: None
Disliked: Room was uninhabitable; construction dust still in room; one pillow per bed; no remote; no TV; 1 lightbulb in the lamp and $159 a night.

Poor - 1.0 out of 5

Brit S, Nashville Mon, 17 October 2011

The beds were uncomfortable as well. Usually I don't have much to complain about and I'm pretty relaxed when it comes to pickiness about a hotel room. But this was hands down the worse place I've ever stayed. Especially for the price I paid. I would have expected this from a $39/night hotel, but not for more than $100. I had to go to the front desk at 2 am, and 3 am to complain about the noise from the next room. It never stopped.

Liked: The night desk man was very helpful and the pizza places are open until 5am. Pretty awesome.
Disliked: The daytime desk clerks were rude, the hotel was dirty, needed updating. Nothing in our room worked properly. The remote was missing a battery. There were cigarette burns in the bedspreads, the appliances didn't work, the sinks didn't drain, the ac never got cold, the curtains didn't block out light, and the noise was horrible the entire night.
