Exceptional
Liked: Amazing staff! Clean rooms! Wonderful breakfast, and restaurant available as well! And the kids loved the pool!

Worst ever - blaring alarms...
Liked: Location
Disliked: The fire alarm kept going off very late at night. The property told us they couldn’t give us a credit back because we went through Booking.com. We had to stay somewhere else because we had a long drive and had to sleep. I will not stay at a Holiday Inn, nor use Booking.com anymore. They should have simply given us a credit no questions asked after the alarms kept going off. This is supposed to be a “hospitality” business- take care of your customers!

Would stay again but pass...
Liked: Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious
Disliked: The air conditioning in our room was leaking and soaked the floor around the window. We went to the restaurant/bar for dinner. We arrived at 5 pm and were the very first customer. Our food arrived to our table and my children’s chicken tenders were raw in the middle. The remade them but we didn’t get our food until 615. The French Dip Sandwich was horrible and my husband’s hamburger was not much better. I DO NOT recommend buying the breakfast or the dinner here.

Paid for a room I...
Liked: The ONLY thing I liked was the front desk worker named Ana she was a blessing and despite the horrible treatment we received from EVERYONE ELSE she went over and beyond to make us comfortable.
Disliked: The staff with the exception of Ana. Booking staff and holiday inn staff treated us horrible. We paid for the room on booking minutes before we arrived and once we arrived we weren't allowed to check in because they said booking had not sent over the confirmation that we paid. I showed them the app that said I paid, a email confirmation from that payment and my bank statement also showing that I paid and was still not allowed to check in. We spent 6 hours with three babies under 3 years old trying to get checked in it was horrible and I was embarrassed and angry. I paid why was I being treated this way. I'll NEVER book with holiday inn or booking because I refuse to go through this ever again. Then the hotel manager called me the next morning screaming at me telling me I needed to make another payment but why would I pay twice. She wanted me to pay twice then call the bank and try to get a dispute I'm not doing that when I have multiple forms of proof that I already paid. It was so humiliating and it caused me to have a miscarriage from the stress. I was two weeks pregnant and when I woke up the next morning blood was everywhere the entire situation caused me and my family so much stress and discomfort.

Liked: Hotel ok ,don’t use booking.com They did not make our reservation after paying in advance through PayPal.
Disliked: Booking.com owes me $467.02 Holiday Inn did not have our reservation when we arrived after I paid them in advance through PayPal.
