Liked: Rooms were clean and bathroom was nice size.
Disliked: The rating would have been much higher except that there was major construction going on to the external building while we were staying. It would have been nice to have known this before we booked it or when we booked so we could have looked for another place. The tar smell when walking into the building was overpowering and did not help the experience. Breakfast was not included and costs about $18.

Liked: The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The housekeeper tidyed up our room daily. Wasn't too far from Montreal

Liked: Most staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Full exterior renovation in progress so construction mess and noisy. No mention of this in any of the reservations and no discounted rates for inconveniences. Few amenities close to hotel so location might not be practical without vehicle.
