Overall a good stay

Liked: The front desk lady gave exceptionally, great customer service.
Disliked: There was a lot of commotion on the hallway.

Liked: The staff was really nice, the hotel was comfortable
Disliked: This is Alabama and you will see them, you just don't want to see them in your hotel bathroom. A big flying roach. And we didn't realize the pool was closed

I don't recommend this hotel

Liked: It was good ok. I think way over priced and the hotel web site had cheaper prices. I felt totally ripped off
Disliked: The air in 2 of the 3 rooms I paid for didn't work properly. The coffee maker in 1 of the 3 rooms didn't work. The bathroom fan in 1 of the 3 rooms didn't work. I didn't like that I thought everything was paid for and was charged an extra $75 total for the 3 rooms. I booked on like thinking I would have much less hassle. I was totally wrong. So disappointed I feel like I wasted my hard earned money.

Liked: The desk clerk Angela went above and beyond to guarantee our comfort and satisfaction.
Disliked: Trespassing criminal element but that was.out of their control. Their security arrived and did their job. Local police failed to arrest the suspect.

Rest fall

Liked: The breakfast was ,but would like more options and more for portions for the price
Disliked: My husband is handi Cap and the the room didn’t have enough access
